Eligibility to Use Services

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The information you provide at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all transactions made on your account by any authorized or unauthorized person. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the kkfb7 support team immediately.

3.3 Account Suspension & Termination

kkfb7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:

Any violation of these terms and conditions
Fraudulent activity or exploitation of system errors
Abuse of bonus benefits
Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
Operating multiple accounts

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at kkfb7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The account must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After your withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal funds will be returned via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

kkfb7 uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions, and suspicious transactions are reviewed immediately. If any irregularity is found in a transaction, kkfb7 reserves the right to hold the relevant account and funds until an investigation is completed.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kkfb7 offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer is subject to separate terms — see the specific terms on the relevant offer page.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
kkfb7 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Section 6

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

kkfb7 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

Placing bets or playing games using any software, bots, algorithms, or automated methods.
Exploiting system errors or technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
Using another member's identity or providing false information.
Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other players.
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently terminated and legal action may be taken where applicable.

VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits

kkfb7's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier at the following rates:

Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver tier: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
Gold tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier automatically through active play. VIP benefits are non-transferable, and kkfb7 reserves the right to modify the program structure at any time.

Section 8

Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content displayed on the kkfb7 website — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is owned by kkfb7 or its respective licensors. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes is prohibited, except for personal use.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

kkfb7 bears no liability for the following:

Bets cancelled or games disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
Losses resulting from unauthorized use of account credentials — unless this is entirely due to kkfb7's own negligence.
Under no circumstances will kkfb7's total liability exceed the amount of deposits made.

In the event of any dispute or complaint, kkfb7's decision will be considered final; however, the user may contact the support team for a fair review.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

Applicable Law & Legal Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these terms and conditions will follow the relevant applicable law. Both parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the appropriate legal process will be followed.
